Enterprise Web3 Frontend Development & Integration
For Ubisoft and its Might & Magic franchise, we delivered Web3 frontend development and integration within a live gaming environment. We built and launched a dedicated gaming portal connecting NFTs, wallet infrastructure, frontend, and backend systems into one coherent experience. The project ran for five months in close collaboration with Ubisoft’s internal team.

BEHIND THE SCENES
Role & Integration Approach
We operated as an embedded part of the client’s development team, owning frontend development and Web3 integration within an agile sprint structure. Beyond feature implementation, we built and coded the full frontend while ensuring blockchain mechanics aligned with existing game logic, UX standards, and enterprise delivery processes.
Development
Core implementation
We developed and integrated the Inventory module to support player-owned NFTs and implemented the Forge system, including validation logic and backend synchronization. For the Marketplace, we delivered scalable frontend foundations prepared for future trading and monetization logic.

Development
Technical & Operational Complexity
The project required reliable synchronization between blockchain data and the game backend, validation of complex asset combinations, and coordination across frontend, backend, design, and Web3 teams. Integration of Immutable Passport enabled a custodial wallet experience, reducing friction while meeting technical and security requirements.

Value
Outcome
The result is a Web3-enabled gaming portal within the Might & Magic ecosystem where blockchain functionality feels native rather than layered. The project demonstrates our ability to deliver frontend development and Web3 integration in enterprise-scale environments with performance, reliability, and delivery discipline.
