Legal Website Elegant & Ambitious

When it comes to Czech legal companies, especially smaller ones, their presentation often feels a bit stiff and outdated. This is no longer the case for Keymove. They’ve asked us to craft something light, elegant, and impactful, focusing on the design of their logo and website. The objective was to create a low-maintenance, professional website that showcases Keymove's forward-thinking approach. With that said we were ready to make that happen.

CREATION PROCESS

CREATIVE CONCEPT

For the main brand element — the logo — we opt for the most elegant chess piece there is, the knight. This jumpy major piece was a clear choice because it’s often the knight move the hardest to find on the board which makes it a game-decider when you can finally find this key move. On top of the logo, Our creative concept utilizes seamless curves and symmetric shapes giving the audience a sense of nonchalant elegance, luxury, and unforced authority.

Simple brand elements, powerful brand message

First, we chiseled a horse then we gave it a modern, rather minimalist look. This natural evolution of the brand’s name into a recognizable shape gives Keymove’s brand a concrete message: this company will be the key player on the board when driving legal success.

CREATION PROCESS

Minimalist and luxury

Keymove’s website is well-structured yet interactive but never over the top. It’s all you can ask from a law company in 2024.

The navigation menu is the main component of the website, it’s robust. Still, it doesn’t feel bulky, and it has custom-made icons with a golden gradient that creates an association of luxury.

Each of the legal services can be found below the hero section, this element has an elegant hover effect that brings this website into the modern era of online presentations.

Information about team members is in an interactive popup that slides from the right, with each sub-category sorted in its designated accordion.

Additionally, there is an integration of all LinkedIn posts onto the site. Posts are cleverly fetched and showcased on the homepage giving Keymove the ability to recycle its marketing communication and make it a perk on the website.

CREATION PROCESS

Low-code but exceptionally unique

This project was done in Framer. Without going into too much detail there are many solutions to how to build a website. Where doing a custom code is the hardest and using a no-code wyswig editor is the easiest. The framer solution is somewhere in the middle. Do what you need in a design editor and use any additional code that is needed on top of that.

This truly feels like a future for web development. But it’s not only the future for busy developers, it is helping companies save a significant amount in comparison to other alternatives.

Especially if the client's requirements aren’t highly customized like nonstandard Content management or logic. It means having a blast of a presentation with 3D but without sacrificing any design for a better price. Framer Just rocks and we are able to create a stunning website in it. That’s rare, at least for now.

Scales of Justice, Tipped in Favor of Great Design

It wouldn’t be us if we didn’t utilize 3D work in the project. It comes from the creative abstraction of shape work in Blender. We have experimented with different shapes and textures but the curved coon with plastic waves was the final choice of the client. The material is suggested — rose gold — polished to be smooth, reflective, and with a warm hue.

BEHIND THE SCENES

From Brief to Brilliant ICONS

The very nice detail that gives yet another level on Keymove’s website is the icon set. It’s a custom-made design work from Vojtěch Daněk who brought the icons to go well with the logo. The icons are perfect, needless to say, they are nicely animated with a golden tone on hover.

Worldwide Accessibility for KEymove

Thanks to the framer native features the entire web is multi-lingual. The translations are ready to be done in any language the client chooses. That gives Keymove the ability to reach worldwide and further.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Sealing the Case with a LinkedIn integration

To fetch data from social networks is generally a hard thing to do. Most social networks do not provide a publicly available API, or even a paid one, or they do but it costs 5000$ a month (Twitter for example). So we had to improvise by utilizing a custom-made RapidAPI that manually crawls the LinkedIn profile and transforms the content into a readable response that we can display on the site. And, we implemented some smart catching and shielded the API limit to save the budget too.

Wonder Makers completely turned our outdated, static website into an engaging platform that truly resonates with visitors. The Wonder Makers team was incredibly efficient, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
