Time is the most precious resource! And we are running low on it. Time is Ltd offers an employee experience platform that reveals a complete 360-degree overview of any workflow process to improve your business resources and make sure they are used efficiently in an increasingly competitive market where every second counts.Utilizing collaborative time statistics data, Time is Ltd. can effectively ensure that your employees are actively engaged and thriving, helping identify areas of focus for the team, and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same common goal.

The design of this site was outdated and we were tasked to create a more user-friendly website and re-design the information flow to make Time is Ltd’s audience more aware of the platform's use and how the solution can help a business.

The next challenge was to reimagine and produce a more intuitive mobile version than the old one so as to be consistent with the new updated design of the website and therefore give potential clients a better user experience while browsing on a mobile device.

The look and feel of the company's website has been completely redesigned to provide a more intuitive experience. The new flow, code interface and content management system (CMS) will keep up with all Time Is Ltds’ needs, we also provided a sleek user friendly mobile version for those who want to access it on their devices.

One of the goals of reworking the website flow was to inform potential customers about the value that the platform could bring to their business.

Wonder Makers have a proven track record with successful long-term partnerships often delivering over and above for our clients! With this interesting project from Time is Ltd we were all about really great communication and delivering the best possible solution within a specific timeframe.

How long have Wonder Makers been in business?

What does the customer journey look like?

Initial steps: Inquiry and Alignment.

From the initial phone call or meeting with you, we would like to get a good understanding of your goals and purpose for the project. We will research and analyze your competitors and your project itself in detail so that our approaches can be aligned accordingly. Once all expectations are clear on what needs to be done from both sides before moving forward there is a (25% deposit required), then begins phase one- researching and assessment!

What are the target groups of people you want to reach with this product or service - both current and potential clients/customers; we will define the strategy by answering these vital questions. We then will define all the details like logos, branding elements (UX / UI), coding practices programming, etc, so that when it comes time to launch your product everything flows smoothly!

Customer Care: Optimization and Aftercare.

Think of optimization as a way to fine-tune your product for maximum performance and engagement. For example, by researching the analytics we can see what features are most popular with users. Maintenance includes updating content or fixing errors to maintain quality while being online; further development could involve adding new functionality when appropriate based on the feedback from customers and end users who employ these products every day.

How much do you charge for your services?

The price of our services starts at 70 EURO per hour. This rate can vary depending on factors like the seniority and composition of the team, as well as important milestones or deliverables that need to be completed for your project's timeline.

The amount of time we spend on a project will have an impact on your final rate and the product price is directly related to the scope, resources, and timeline needed to complete a project.

What is your pricing model or how do you charge for services?

The process begins with an in-depth analysis of your brand, your competition, and your customer needs. We use this information to create a budget and a timeline that is customized for you. After the budget estimation has been approved, we require a 25% deposit before the project can begin.

Invoicing is based on regular time reports (we call them sprints and the period of each one varies - usually around 2 weeks to 1 month). We believe that this approach provides our clients with an easy way to both track progress, as well as stay within budget.

We always have a clear idea of what the project will cost from our end before we get started. And if things are going over budget, it's standard procedure for us to discuss this with you beforehand so there aren't any surprises along the way and your expectations stay on track throughout production!
