How long have Wonder Makers been in business?
We have been consistently creating digital products for 7+ years, spanning 3 continents and we are working with startups with a cumulative valuation of 3+ Billion dollars.
What does the customer journey look like?
Initial steps: Inquiry and Alignment.
From the initial phone call or meeting with you, we would like to get a good understanding of your goals and purpose for the project. We will research and analyze your competitors and your project itself in detail so that our approaches can be aligned accordingly. Once all expectations are clear on what needs to be done from both sides before moving forward there is a (25% deposit required), then begins phase one- researching and assessment!

What are your business goals?
What are the target groups of people you want to
reach with this product or service - both current
and potential clients/customers; we will define the
strategy by answering these vital questions. We then
will define all the details like logos, branding
elements (UX / UI), coding practices programming,
etc, so that when it comes time to launch your
product everything flows smoothly!
Customer Care: Optimization and Aftercare.
Think of optimization as a way to fine-tune your product for maximum performance and engagement. For example, by researching the analytics we can see what features are most popular with users. Maintenance includes updating content or fixing errors to maintain quality while being online; further development could involve adding new functionality when appropriate based on the feedback from customers and end users who employ these products every day.
How much do you charge for your services?
The price of our services starts at 70 EURO per
hour. This rate can vary depending on factors like
the seniority and composition of the team, as well
as important milestones or deliverables that need to
be completed for your project's timeline.
The amount of time we spend on a project
will have an impact on your final rate and the
product price is directly related to the scope,
resources, and timeline needed to complete a
project.
What is your pricing model or how do you charge for
services?
The process begins with an in-depth analysis of your
brand, your competition, and your customer needs. We
use this information to create a budget and a
timeline that is customized for you. After the
budget estimation has been approved, we require a
25% deposit before the project can begin.
Invoicing is based on regular time reports (we
call them sprints and the period of each one varies
- usually around 2 weeks to 1 month). We believe
that this approach provides our clients with an easy
way to both track progress, as well as stay within
budget.
We always have a clear idea of
what the project will cost from our end before we
get started. And if things are going over budget,
it's standard procedure for us to discuss this
with you beforehand so there aren't any
surprises along the way and your expectations stay
on track throughout production!

We specialize in everything from seeded to series C Startups, we have worked with startups that have an accumulative value of over 3 Billion dollars. We offer services such as MVPs, mobile and web applications, websites, branding & visual identity, creating pitch decks, and much more.
Do you work internationally?
We are an international company and have clients from Australia, The USA, and Europe. Although we are based in Central Europe we work on a global scale. 90% of our clients are based worldwide.
If I am based in a different time zone, will we
still be able to work and communicate efficiently?
We're all in! No time zones get between us and our clients' needs, This is not even a question for us! When we say we offer an 11/10 approach we mean it and this attitude flows through every aspect of our company culture.
